Actual shipping charges will be added to the grand total of your order. Please know we ship using FedEx or UPS, we have huge discounted rates for shipping due to our volume.
All orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days from our warehouse in Alabama, US. Express orders must be placed before 9:00am Pacific time zone. If you need a package by a certain date please call so we can arrange the best shipping method for you. All packages are shipped out UPS ground unless otherwise noted. Please note that Alcorp Holdings does not ship on Saturday’s, Sunday’s or Holiday’s.
Exchange/Return Policy:
Please be 100% sure you want your order before placing it. All merchandise leaving our warehouse is double checked to make sure it meets our standards. If you have any questions, or concerns before you order please make sure and ask. We very rarely have problems with any of our merchandise! Please know we offer the highest quality of products to all our customers. If we have processed your order and you want to cancel it or if you return an order or merchandise, there is a RESTOCKING FEE. All orders cancelled or returned will be charged 20% of the gross order total, as we do have a 20% restocking fee. If you have any questions, or concerns before you order please make sure and ask. As a company policy there is no recourse from this 20% restocking fee. A return can take anywhere from 1 week to 4 weeks until we issue a refund. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from Alcorp Holdings for exchanges/returns.
Products with manufacturing defects must be reported to us within 3 business days of delivery, otherwise there is nothing we can due in the matter as its a company policy.
Any delivery that arrives damaged or is missing merchandise must be reported to the delivery driver. Freight damages & claims are the responsibility of the carrier and must be filed with them immediately.
